Celebrate Utah Climate Week by visiting one of our glass recycling drop off sites to recycle your glass bottles and jars, or sign up for a curbside glass recycling cart provided by WFWRD and Momentum Recycling in certain cities and areas. Recycling one glass bottle saves enough energy to light a 100-watt bulb for four hours, power a computer for 30 minutes and a television for for 20 minutes. #glassrecycling #recycleright #utahrecycles

Happy #WasteReductionWednesday! Here's a tip to conserve water while recycling: empty glass containers DO NOT need to be rinsed before recycling! Our fluidized bed dryer uses 190 degree air to melt food and label residue off of glass during the recycling process.
