A: Yes, service holds are available for 1-4 months with a 30-day minimum. Restarting service requires a one-time $25.00 reactivation fee. Contact us to arrange your temporary hold.

A: We require credit card information for automatic monthly billing during signup. Cash, checks, and PayPal are not accepted. Monitor your billing dates through your online account.

Q: Is it possible to add an additional container?
A: Absolutely! Add a second 5-gallon bucket for a $25.00 setup fee plus $5.00 monthly. Contact us to include this option with your existing Salt Lake service.
