About the Program
Our mission is to move the community towards zero waste.
To do so, we need to reach more residents along the Wasatch Front.
What are the goals of the program?
Far too much glass is finding its way into the landfill when it could be diverted to Momentum Recycling’s glass recycling facility (the only one in Utah located conveniently in Salt Lake City).
✔ Educate the public on how glass recycling benefits Utah.
✔ Increase awareness about public glass drop-off locations.
✔ Encourage participation in the curbside glass recycling service.
✔ Promote our Support Blue Businesses online directory.
