Frequently Asked Questions – Rebate Program
Do I qualify for the rebate?
Answer: To qualify for the $20 rebate, you must have signed up for the Sandy City glass recycling program prior to 12:00 AM MST on July 1st, 2019 and been approved for the service (i.e. a valid address serviceable within the city limits of Sandy City with your existing garbage service provided by Sandy City). Only one rebate per account. Not available to commercial entities/properties.
When & how do I receive my rebate?
Answer: You will receive a check payment via mail from Momentum Recycling with your rebate. All rebates will be mailed to customers the week of September 9th, 2019.
Who is the rebate payment made out to?
Answer: The rebate payment will be made out to the person’s first & last name submitted on the rebate form.
What if I haven’t received my rebate?
Answer: If you have not received your rebate in the mail by September 13th, 2019, please contact us.
