Employee Tipline – Customer Referral Bonus

Momentum Recycling is pleased to offer employees a Customer Referral Bonus per the program details outlined below:

$50 Bonus – If you provide the name & contact information of the decision maker at an organization who you know firsthand and who you know could use Momentum’s services (i.e. they do not already have a service provider and would be interested in Momentum’s services), you will receive a $50.00 referral bonus when the customer pays their first invoice.
$20 Bonus – If you provide the business name & location of a new organization that Momentum does not already have in our system, but no further direct contact information for the decision maker, you will receive a $20.00 referral bonus when the customer pays their first invoice.

Additional Considerations:

Voluntary: this program is entirely voluntary.
No Solicitation: this program is intended only for employees to refer organizations to our Sales Team that the employee has an existing contact with or that they stumble upon. The employee should not solicit or otherwise approach the perspective customer; instead, please connect with the Sales Team on any additional guidance you would like to provide.
Outside of Work: employees should not seek out referrals during their workday: they should only do so during a designated break or outside of work hours.

In Order to Qualify:

Referrals must be submitted through the Employee Tipline.
The referred organization must sign up within 1-year after being submitted.
Only recurring monthly services qualify for a bonus (i.e. not special collections or consulting services).
You must be currently employed at Momentum Recycling when your referral pays their first invoice.
